After many edits they finally mailed my son’s anniversary gift - BUT THEY DIDN'T ADD THE FRAME and I paid for a black frame !!! I have it on my credit card statement. What a scam! Unreal. Not happy.
Placed two orders and worked with Maria. One arrived a few days ago. Today I sent an email to follow up on the other one as it’s a Christmas gift for my husband. I approved the proof on 11/26 and have the email showing this. I received a response from Maria that the art was lost in shipping and they would reorder it and it would ship in 2-4 days, which won’t make it before Christmas. When I asked Maria for the tracking number I received another email from Sophia that said I had asked for multiple revisions and only approved the proof today and it was in production. So now it’s my fault? I responded to Sophia with a copy of my approval email on 11/26 and asked for a refund on both prints due to this company lying and ruining my husband’s Christmas. Poor service, and even worse customer service that lies to cover their mistake.
This is easily the 12-13th order from them.. they have and always do a phenomenal job of capturing the moment and the experience for the customer
I purchased a “picture to paint”. Their “artist” used an iPhone to create a stylized photo within 5 minutes of my purchase, without even reading what I was looking for. I cancelled the order in disappointment but they then refused to refund me the full amount paid. It’s a scam, and an expensive one at that. Don’t waste your money.
It's not a painting. It's a bad cutout print of a photo you submit with a poorly implemented filter. You can achieve the same thing in Photoshop in 2 minutes or have AI generate a much better version. Do not pay for this garbage
If I could give them zero stars that would be great, guys, don't waste your money, because they don't work correctly in my opinion and they deceive people.
Having placed an order, I uploaded a photo, when they sent me a photo so that I could look and approve it, I didn’t like it the way they did it, and I asked to replace it with another photo, to which they said that any changes cost $20 and that’s every time if something happens. If you don’t like it, you will have to pay plus $20, to which I was indignant and said that I refuse their services and asked for a refund, to which they said we will give you a refund, but not the full amount, they withheld $20 from the total amount for their work. In general, they did not refund all of my money. I have already placed an order in 2 different canvas companies, and nowhere had such conditions as this company, no one asked me to pay an additional $20 for each change if I don’t like the photo they send for confirmation.

Love my cat portrait! So life like. Thank you! Now my friends want one!
Total fraud. The advert on Facebook showed a photo turned into a watercolour painting. What I received was some random watercolour background with the photo I supplied printed over the background. Totally not what was advertised. Wa also supposed to be framed and/or on a box canvas but instead it turned up in a roll like some glossy poster. Utter rubbish
I supplied a high resolution photograph at 300 DPI, but this company are obviously using a very basic app. I received a badly printed photograph of an image which lacked any recognisable detail. A waste of £33, but of course it’s a lesson learned when you risk buying absolute garbage off the Internet.
