And the description for the characters on the mug were messed up.
It said I had 12 hours to cancel but noone answered for 2-3 days….
No I have a mug going to someone who’s character will be wrong…. The guy was supposed to be balled…. But now has a full set of blonde hair…. And it was a memorial cup for 2 dogs that died this year…. Not cool….

Personalize Your Mug
I love being able to personalize the mugs with dog and cat names, colors, breeds, etc. On this order, I couldn't get the mug background I wanted, which was a night scene, but everything else worked out fine. Hate to pay shipping...wish there was a deal every once in a while to not pay it, no matter the size of purchase. Shipping costs, for me, are often the deciding factor of whether to order.

Sweet mug
Nice, smaller-size mug perfect for hot chocolate/cider. Loved all the backgrounds, dog breeds/colors, and people's skin/hair colors (and even hairstyles) to choose from so I could get accurate representations of me and all five dogs in our favorite environment. Liked the option to forego personalizing the mug with a quotation/expression but wished there were also an option to skip naming the dogs and people.

Any issues no matter how small they are right on it. The mugs are of perfect size. Excellent quality and art work is fantastic. Cup and handle stays cool even when heated in microwave. I love these cups and the customer service

I want to say a big thank you to customer service team for their patience and understanding.
I’ve ordered a mug in advance as a gift for my loved one and messed with address. As a result my package wasn’t delivered to me and stuck in the middle of nowhere. I’ve write a short email to Girtmize explaining the situation and they didn’t ignore but fix the issue without any extra charge and package was delivered Dec 24th. I didn’t expect to see the package in a front of my door and want to say a big thank you for not ignoring me during busy holiday season.
I know it’s just a mug but you saved my last nerve cell lol

What a great idea!
What a great idea! Coffee is like our favorite thing, and dogs... This is the best of both worlds... Easy to navigate, you can find pictures that look exactly like what you're looking for. Then set your own scene. It's a no-brainer! Five stars across the board, my wife's going to freak for Christmas and ask, "how did you do that?!!!" I'll be like I didn't, giftymize did. AND QUICK! Thanks guys and girls, you're the bomb!

Having ordered Xmas items from 2 companies, Giftymize was absolutely The Best. The item was damaged in shipment & they immediately sent another at express shipping & no charge…..great customer service!!
The other company, wanderprints, has YET to get me 1 of 2 items ordered over a month ago…and just keeps saying, “it’s coming”….cant track & they have no info when I inquire about possible delivery time.
I will definitely only order again from Giftymize!
