Customer Service is better then peers
Many ticket vendors are completely unresponsive when contacted, but I had a great experience with Gigantic, who came back promptly and were super helpful in assisting me in correcting a silly mistake I had made on a booking. Thanks to Gemma!!!

Helpful and quick customer service
Gemma was so helpful after my own silly error when going to book a recent gig. Understanding and really lovely to deal with. The only reason I took off one star was while my refund went through it was only for FV of the tickets - which meant I still had to pay a £14 fee. Ultimately the fault was mine in booking the wrong venue.

I am a BMus Student with a concert pass. I do not understand why you want my card details since I do not pay. I would prefer to put my Concert Pass number in, there is no reason I can see why you need my card details as well as my address, phone number and email. I wonder what you are doing with those details?
Efficient
Had to contact Gigantic for a refund after a gig I had tickets to was cancelled. Gemma dealt with my enquiry quickly, efficiently and with no fuss. My refund appeared on my account 2 days later. I don't have a very high opinion of ticket agencies but Gigantic have gone a long way to changing my mind! Thanks Gemma!

My tickets were saved!
I'd lost access to the emIl address I initially bought tickets with for a Red Dwarf convention. So I created a new email, and thankfully a woman called Gemma really helped me out by sending g the tickets I'd bought to my new email address after I'd mentioned the email address I bought them with and the date I'd bought them. It really helped out. The good customer service was greatly appreciated!
