Horrible service and the website is misleading!

Worst prices I ever seen, more like ScamAtron!!

If i could i would give u 0 stars. I've bought a hair straightener and my house smelt like burn for a month after using it once. They told me everything is fine with it and sent it back.

I had a very disappointing experience with this seller.

The product was listed as available on their online store, so I placed the order and paid immediately. However, despite waiting over two months, I never received the item.

During this period, I contacted the seller multiple times and filed several complaints. Communication was slow and unhelpful, and there was no clear or reliable information about when (or if) the product would be delivered.

In the end, the situation was resolved only by issuing a refund. While I did eventually get my money back, I never received the product, which completely defeats the purpose of the purchase.

Based on this experience, I consider this seller highly unprofessional and unreliable. I would not recommend ordering from them unless you are prepared for long delays and uncertainty.

Really short delivery times if its a small or cheap item like 2-4 days and bigger 6+ days and conditions of the item are awesome and have alot of life. And even better if you are logged in

80% of things i bought there does not work in a month

They sell broken products. Litteraly bought a speaker and it didn't even turn on, for them to conclude it is in fact broken and that I have to wait 5-7 days for reclamation.

Broken products

They sell broken products and don’t want to fix it or replace them. I have bought a hot brush with 4 different extensions. Not cheap at all. After trying it at home, one extension was already physically broken and I couldn’t use it. Then week after, the other brush extension broke while I was using it and basically stayed in my hair. They reviewed my complaint within 24hrs and instantly stated that it is a physical damage and they do not want ti fix it or replace it. They just returned it to me. So now I’m stuck with an expensive broken product, and will definitely never buy any tech from these guys again.

The company is a scam. If you buy something and it breaks, they don't want to fix it for you, and they have a lot of hired lawyers if you sue them. Also, someone at the state level protects them...pure corruption. They are also suffocating other local stores around who are managing their business fairly!

I moved to Serbia not too long ago and Gigatron really does offer the best prices most of the time. I usually buy appliances on the spot, but the hair dryer I wanted wasn't in stock. I ordered it online and the website said around 5 business days. The hair dryer ended up taking about two weeks to get to the store. The frustrating thing is that it broke after two uses. I understand that this is the producer's problem, but it was still a little upsetting.
I returned the hair dryer and applied for a refund, not hoping for a positive outcome, but after about three weeks I got a message that the decision was made to my benefit and I could get my money back or exchange the item. I only take off one star because of the speed of work.

Reasonable prices and good choice of electronic and technics but online orders take ages to deliver. A simple Bosch drill, order #2288216 arrived only after two weeks of waiting. Very inconvenient to deal with this store.
