Personally we thought it was great
What made it for us was all our 80 or so guests thought the hog roast and sides were of a high quality and the best crackling ever. The pig was slow roasted off site complete (head and all) arrived and within 20 minutes being served. The team of two were polite clean swift and when the left there was no sign they had been there apart from satisfied consumers.
