Extremely Disappointing Experience
Thanks to the Visa offer, I decided to try GigSky during my trip. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The data coverage was very poor, availability was inconsistent, and the speed was often so slow that the service was practically unusable.
Despite having an active GigSky plan, I frequently had to depend on my relatives for internet access, which completely defeats the purpose of having an international eSIM. I expected much better reliability and coverage from the service.
While I appreciate the Visa offer giving me an opportunity to try GigSky, based on my experience, I would not consider using the service again or recommending it to others.

I am firmly in the GigSky camp, and even more so now that I qualify for the Visa discount. In most places, the service is great; in Vietnam, there can sometimes be an issue with reconnecting when switching from local wifi to GigSky.

Reliability was just ok
Reliability was just ok. Fortunately I was traveling with others who had better coverage with their eSIM.
Customer service is painful, the wait was long and often I would be simply told they are busy and will email when they can. Certainly not what one needs when reliant on their service.

Amazing it works great and doesn't get out of connection. Thank you for the complimentary datas we've used it in London, Paris and now we are in Rome. Our last stop would be Barcelona. As we moved between countries our iPhones, mine and my wife’s would not always connect to the gigsky network …had to go on and off airplane mode.,..try force connecting to a cell network…when it connected it worked well..had to use AI to walk me through connecting to my wife’s phone who was connected to gigsky to download new network config to get my phone working… certainly not seamless!
