Easy to use however service was a bit slow and only 4G compared to other sims with 5G. That being said for a free service it worked great.

Great experience, no complaints
I had no connection issues at all in Japan, regardless of the city - even when I visited a smaller town/village. It was really easy to connect, and the data plan (10 GB) was more than enough for my stay. 10/10 would recommend.

Inconsistent service and slow support
Worked in the first country I visited, but when I went to another country where the esim did not work. I reached out to gigsky support and it said someone would contact me within 24 hours, however, I did not receive an email back until almost 2 days later, by which time I already had to buy a new esim from elsewhere because I could not wait that long without data.

Super slow
Super slow, spotty connection while in Mexico City. Unlimited plans is misleading, says unlimited but its capped at 3GB per day

Horrible
Horrible. It’s a perk through my travel visa. I tried in 2 countries. First Spain, I paid but the esim never worked so they refunded the money. In the UK, I had free unlimited but it was bad service while I was in central London ( not even 4G, It was showing E with no data access). I ended up in both situations buying from another esim vendor.
