Easy booking system, fast and efficient service

Tickets came through no problem around 3 weeks before the event, very easy and trustworthy service.

Didn’t realise we had to join an app to get our tickets next year if we open it now we get a seven day trial free, other than that £29 a month so I’ve cancelled it and hopefully a couple of days before the due date then I will open the app again for free

Thought I'd wait til AFTER the gig to review, to make sure everything was legit! Bought a ticket for Yungblud because the standing was sold out - paid £60 for a £40 ticket which I think is fair, there has to be profit made somewhere. Ticket arrived over a week before the gig in the post, and I had plenty of emails keeping me updated about when they would be sent out. Ticket was genuine, identical to my friend's who'd bought from the venue, and had absolutely no problems getting in to the venue. Thanks for an amazing night!

From start to finish everything was excellent, I've never bought resell tickets before so I was anxious but the whole process was so easy. The communication was brilliant the e tickets arrived and i am so happy. I cannot praise the team enough. Thank you

I tried to buy a Madonna ticket from other companies but I never got to the stage where I could choose tickets as the sites froze.
Gigtix worked well (once I had put in the correct CVC code). Job done!

When searching for tickets for Frankie Boyle as a christmas present for my husband, I was delighted to get them even though the cost was £65 per ticket. On receiving the tickets i notice the face value of the ticket is actually £26.75 each, a mark up of 200% which in the current financial climate is ridiculous. The website indicates up yo a 30% booking fee but no mention of 200% mark up. Very disappointing!!!

Seems ok so far but the gig is over 8 months away so we will see

I haven't actually been to my experience yet, but i just wanted to leave a review as i was so happy with gigtix, after searching high and low for tickets to frankie boyle for my boyfriends birthday, i came across other reseller websites first before finding gigtix, the other re seller websites i went on had the most awful trust pilots reviews I've ever seen! so i nearly gave up on this much wanted birthday present.. until i saw gigtix. steve is so efficient and helpful and put my mind at ease as i was slightly nervous to purchase resell tickets because of reviews and horror stories i had seen and heard from stubhub and viagogo (sorry to name names) the booking process was easy, the confirmation I received straight away with seat numbers, i messaged them asking a few questions and got a response straight away and its just been such a pleasurable experience from start to finish. Also to add gigtix tickets were a lot cheaper than the other re seller websites so i saved some money too :) I'm looking forward to my event in may and would definitely recommend gigtix to anyone and will use them again in the future. thanks steve!

When there was a small issue with the venue, gigtix were quickly on the other side of the phone and helped us so much and we were able to enjoy our night with no issues. They were so so helpful would definitely recommend !

I purchased 4 tickets for Alter Bridge and had to sell two of them, the tickets arrived in a format I could not open so emailed Steve who replied really quickly and resent in a pdf format that could be sent to the purchasers. From the start of my purchase through Gigtix everything has gone smoothly and have been kept informed all the way. Would definitely use again.

Very easy to use website, much better than several competitors.

Best thing is got the tickets I wanted. Worst thing had to pay over 7 times face value - obscene profiteering. SHAME ON YOU.
