Gillette payment issue
Gillette received my order at 17:34 and everything was Ok.
At 21:45 I received an email from Gillette that there are issues with my payment and they’re asking me to check my Gillette account .I done it and introduce the same payment as at 17:34 and everything was again Okay. I took a screenshot which is showing that everything is working good with my payment.
At 22:00, I received another email to check the payment issue. I called Amex to check if there’s anything wrong with my card . They confirmed me that my card is ok and that Gillette didn’t asked for a payment with my card.
No comment!!!!

Gillette razors are very nice and comfortable but they are very expensive and I usually buy cheap razors because I cannot afford it and it is quite expensive

I'm Gillette customer since i was a teenager and now after about 30 years i promise i will never ever buy their products anymore and it's all because of Gillette.de and their low quality customer service.
my 3 orders was marked as shipped yesterday and today i was surprised that they cancelled it all. last month when i ordered Gillette Razors for my wife from Amazon the quality was miserable so i thought it's better to try the official website of Gillette. i don't know what happened to this brand or maybe it's only a special case here in Germany because they import Gillette products which is made in east europe. at the end they have lost a 30 years long customer and never again.
