Competitive prices let down by poor service.
Competitive prices for aggregates but then hut by £20 & £40 charges for delivery on certain days in morning or evening! & then they don't arrive on time, v late. When contacted, excuse us shortage of drivers. But no notification prior to deadline! At least they refunded the £20 fir the timed delivery but noyhi g refunded fir the inconvenience caused!! Good product competitiveness let down by poor customer service.

Bought a bulk bag of 20mm golden gravel. With delivery it came out £60-£100 cheaper than other prices i was quoted. Will definately look at Gills first next time! Smooth and efficient delivery on day i requested. No issues with product. 100% happy with purchase and completely hassle free process! Big thanks to this company. They got it right first time!
