warranty replacement requires determination
I have to agree with the other reviewers, I liked the product and was able to use if for a couple of years, but then it finally broke. Made a request under warranty replacement in spring of 2024, item arrived during the summer. Had to keep on with customer service, a dozen emails later, they did send a replacment. I would not blame customer service, i think that they are instructed to use delay tactic. Would i buy this expensive item again given my most recent experience. Probably not.
