John Gilmour Butchers Reviews 

We have been ordering from John Gilmour Butchers for several years and, apart from an occasional under par beef joint or steak, it is almost always excellent quality. The website is easy to use, to purchase and delivery is fast and efficient.
We recently did a price comparison to other butchers near us and were pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the cost is from John Gilmour.
Definitely recommended.

Best meat that i have purchased, good value for money.

meat had a bad twang to it, didn’t taste fresh. hardly any fact covering on the meat unlike your website pictures. i buy a lot of meat and this really was not good . sorry, very poor and disappointing.

The whole Picanha, bacon and lamb mince were great. Along with the packaging and delivery.

However, the sausages were some of the worst I’ve tasted. “Premium” pork sausages tasted so cheap.

Very tender and flavourful meat, everyone loved it. Very well packed, delivery on the day agreed. The joint had the perfect amount of fat cap and if you cut it against the grain the steaks will be very tender. I’ve Sealed the whole joint first on the BBQ, then portioned the steaks (1/2, 2 fingers thick ) seasoned them with sea salt only and cooked on the BBQ medium rare! Absolutely stunning. Definitely will buy again. Thank you

Just driven past one of the company vans, the van was not only speeding but also undertook multiple cars including my own. Representing your own company and driving irresponsibly is just ridiculous.
