We did not get our product and no help from Gimbowl

My wife ordered a Gimbowl for me as a birthday present several months in advance. It never arrived to us and we are now stuck in the middle. The Swedish postal service says that it has been delivered but this is false. It has gotten lost somewhere on the way. But the postal service says we have to get a refund from Gimbowl. Gimbowl do not want to help us though because they say it has been delivered according to the Swedish postal service. Now the postal service has admitted that they have lost the package and we have provided this info to Gimbowl, but they still don´t want to help us. They have said that they are going to look in to it but then nothing ever happens. So now we have not gotten our money back and no product. It has been 2.5 month since we ordered the Gimbowl. You should not treat customers this way. 👎 I would not recommend Gimbowl to anyone at this point. Stay away from this company.
