Delighted with service

Hoped that the company was OK as was a little apprehensive to start with but decided to give them a go as the shaver was at a good price. I needn't have been concerned as I was kept informed and the arrival of the item ordered came within a few days.

POOR efficiency, GREAT pricings though...

very very very very slow delivery dispatch. tracking number took more than a week to be received. AWARD-WINNING delivery service you say?!
though the pricing is awesome but the delivery time out weighs the price difference in the end.
disappointing...so disappointing...

happy happy happy, reliable and fast.

had apprehension at first since our local post office is not so reliable when it comes to packages from abroad, so, i was keeping my fingers crossed when i made my order with Gimmedigi.
as it was, the item arrived 11-14 days after it was shipped from hongkong..

Pretty fricking bad.

I ordered my Shure SE535s on the 16 of december and my order number is #9562. It's been nearly a month and I got express delivery. This is kinda ridiculous. Not even one friggin email or anything. I just havent received shit. Don't buy from them.

Destination not reached within allowed queue period. Reply finally received : Thu 3/01/2013 2:54 p.m. E-mail : ‘ order is dispatched , tracking information should have been sent.’ Followed later by:
‘The following order has been shipped on Thursday 03 January, 2013 Order Number: 9601.
Order Date: Wednesday 19 December, 2012’
Item finally received 09/10/13. Approx; 21 days from payment to receipt of item.
If I had been able to make contact earlier and have my query answered, perhaps I might have been a little happier. As it is I am feeling quite disgruntled.

Fast delivery, great price

I bought a Buffalo modem through these guys, they had the best price by far when I compared prices online. They shipped it from Hong Kong to Australia, it got to my house 6 working days after I placed the order; very happy with that.

Unwrapped it, perfect!

One problem, it comes with a UK style plug which won't fit here in Aus, I had to dig out an adapter. If the site had warned me of this I would have given them 5 stars. This is how the manufacturer packages this modem for sale in HK, which is beyond Gimmedigi's control. However, an excellent seller would either drop an adapter into the package or give me the option of adding one to my order when it was placed.

I would buy again from these guys.....Cheers!

Fast delivery, very happy

I expected delays because the order was placed on Christmas eve but it was delivered on New Year's eve. I was impressed with the fast delivery as well as the good price.

Slow delivery, good price, customer services always offline

Gimmedigi has good product variety at reasonable prices. Buyer has to be very patient for delivery. There is no direct phone number contacting customer services and the so-called online customer services are always offline.

Order was delayed! still not receive after purchased 2 weeks ago.

I am the first time to order a headphone with your on 5 Dec 2012. i only received my payments notification and never received any ship info about my order. i have tried to mail your CS and they feedback susppose received the tracking# after purchesed. i told them i nothing receive it. after verify, they will ship out the item soon, and will advise the tracking# soonest. WTF, today already 17 Dec, that's mean i need to wait another more 8 - 10 days ???? that is my X'mas present for myself...i am really disappointed with your service. .........last hope, my order can sucessful to delivery to me finally. thanks.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. EVER. (even though the price may be cheap)

This has to be borderline scam. The worst imaginable customer service. Do not be fooled by their "fast shipping claims"..... Sure shipping takes about 7 days, but they take 6-10 days to dispatch your product, even when it is in stock.

Unfortunately I was sent the wrong product (not what I ordered). They took many days to respond to my email, and then expected me to ship the product back to them at my expense. Finally, after lodging a PayPal complaint & claim, they agreed to cover the shipping cost also. It's been 8 weeks since my order, and I just received the refund for the product, but no sign of the shipping cost refund..... more emails now, more complaints, stuffing around. I swear I've probably spent 6-8 hours screwing around with this order, all because it was $10 cheaper than ebay...

PLEASE GUYS, DON'T BE TEMPTED, AVOID GIMMEDIGI. Just read the other reviews, you'll see people are having exactly the same problem. Their website may look very professional, and they sell in your local currency, but don't be fooled like me - they are a rubbish business! Dissappointly, Paypal were next to useless in helping me, and their latest is they can't help recover the return shipping cost because it wasn't paid through paypal.

Quick Response but no advance intimation about item out of stock

I ordered Shure SE 535 Ltd Edition red IEM's. They were not in stock when I placed the order & I was only informed 7 days afterwards when i asked questions about the status of my order, they had to order it from the supplier. I placed order on 28 Nov & received the item on 8th Dec.
They were very responsive to mails & communication was good but I should have been informed that item was not in stock & will have to be ordered. So I deducted one star for inadequate information provided to customer.

Nightmarish Late Delivery

It was a really bad experience, in the website it says it'll be less than a week for delivery to Singapore. The website didn't make it any easier without any information at all. Will not recommend to buy from the store if the product needed to be delivered early.

Legit website and have a great deal for my iPad mini cover

After I read some negative feedbacks about Gimmedigi website, I was doubt about this website. I tried digging more information about Gimmedigi website. Cut my story short, I decided to try purchasing one of the great deal and I was provided the shipping tracking number. I tried to verify the tracking number and it is valid. Yeah aright i guess

Good deal, shipping was fine...
BUT.
They sent the wrong colour of heaphones.
And i know it will be too hard to make a complaint because their communication and English skills are appalling.
I got some Sony XB600s, and they're nice. Real Nice.
