Mineral sunscreen

I absolutely love the mineral sunscreen. It goes on smooth and easy and I love how my face looks and feels when I use it I was extra happy to know that it would counteract blue light from the computer screen I sit in front of all day. Thank you so much for making this product. I have been waiting for the best mineral sunscreen for so long and you have it. I stock up when you offer sales so I will never be without. I share the video of it with all my friends, a must see!

Scammers

Do not do any business with this people. SCAMM they hang the phone on me.
I had a swollen skin and burning issues on the 3rd day. And they refuse to talk to me.they hang the phone on me.i called several times. Scammers.i request my refund they hang the phone on me.

Writing this review because I never have experienced a skincare company that has cared so much for their customers.

I had acne for 4 years that I could not get rid of. I consulted with Gin initially via DM and she was kind enough to speak to me for 2 hours back and forth explaining to me lifestyle changes I could make without even selling me a product of hers.

After this talk, I began to implement these changes as well as bought 2 of her derma rollers and 3 serums and her facial cleanser.

Using these products with the advice Gin had given me, my acne cleared up completely for the first time in only 4 months.

I continue to use Gins products because they are all natural, fairly priced, effective, and truly amazing customer service from not only her team but Gin herself taking the time to speak to all of her customers.

Best Natural Skincare

If you have thirsty, dry skin, this product is for you. GinAmber Beauty Advanced Hyaluronic Acid Serum claims to plumpen and soften the skin by increasing its moisture, which also helps to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles using hyaluronic acid, an ingredient that increases and maintains skin’s moisture. It’s my favorite product! I’ve been using it for 4 years already!

Unique skin care experience

I was relatively new to the concept of micro needling. I was scared to try it as well but the products helped me overcome this fear and gave me long lasting results! I’m definitely a lifetime customer

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
Spent £250 on their website only to not receive my order. They will not refund me and their customer service is appalling, nothing but automated email responses. Very frustrating! AVOID!!!

I ordered a couple of derma rollers and creams from GIN AMBER coming to just under $200. I waited a couple of weeks and then I started to wonder why they had not arrived. I checked the order status and it says being held by customs there is a fee due? Despite the fact I had already paid for this when I processed the order! I contacted Gin Amber who was extremely unhelpful and REFUSED to offer me any support! I will be looking at how I can deal with them down the legal route as I can’t begin to imagine how many customers have to deal with this. DO NOT make the same mistake I have, don’t bother ordering from GIN AMBER.

Don’t be fooled by all the niceties

STAY AWAY!!!!!

I ordered a dermaroller on the 19th of December to be shipped to Malta, Europe. And according to my emails this was then shipped in the 21st of December. However it is now the 13th of February and I never received my package because it is somehow stuck in Jamaica.

I have been emailing back and forth to try to get a refund and she is absolutely refusing to issue a refund, on the pretense that it has to be declared lost for me to qualify for a refund.

Not only that, in her email she said and I quote;

“Hi love,

If you don't receive your order and once it is deemed lost, we will refund you minus shipping costs❤️ “

Meaning I will have to pay the shipping for something I never received.

STAY AWAY!!!!!
