Company is not honoring their own advertisement - will avoid
I have tried to purchase a package "Vær master Destiller for en aften" on their website which showed price "Pris pr. par som deler en kedel FRA: 899,-". However it seemed that they forgot to correct prices in the offer because this price was not available for any dates. I was checking the price for several months but the offered price didn't show up. I wrote to them and sent the link and screenshot with the advertised from price 899. I've asked to honor their advertisement and give me 100 kr. discount. Anya (manager I was in contact with) didn't even reply to my message with this request and I can see now that they've corrected the from price in their advertisement. If they are so stingy in something obvious when they made a mistake by not correcting add for several months to reflect the correct pricing, not sure if I can trust them with their ingredients for drinks they make. Will never buy from them.

Dear Arthur,
I am very sad to hear you had an issue with the price indications on our websites. We had changed from 50CL to 70CL bottles on our gin school last year and in the midst of everything wer simply forgot to change the prices on a page (that is no longer in use).
Furthermore all this was clearly explained to you in a mail from me on the 4th of march 2026, details here.

You have stumbled upon a page that is not active anymore, and we have simply forgotten to update the prices on that outdated page.
Thank you so much for pointing us in the direction and advising us that there was a discrepancy in the pricing.
The correct prices are FROM 699,- for one person one kettle, and FROM 999,- for 2 persons one kettle. It’s possible to add tapas, an extra bottle, and other accessories to the order, hence the FROM PRICE.
Regarding the OLD price where it stated from 599,- that was for the experience including 50cl gin in a bottle, the new price 699,. Includes 70cl gin.
We cannot accommodate the price of 599 anymore, and we have had NO intention of fraud or otherwise misleading our customers.
Please direct all further questions to me directly.

Where i also asked you to direct any further communication directly to me and not to my employees.
I am sure you will find a great place to distill your own gin, and if you're that stinghy on a price difference of 100dkk on an outmost superb experience - then you are perhaps not in our target audience.
