Great brush, but no response to email
Great brush, but I wanted to know how to clean it because I have such hard water. My other brushes (not like this one) were destroyed pretty quickly. Now, If I can only get a response to my email that I sent them.

You may have missed suggestions for cleaning on the instructions tag attached to the brush:
To Clean: Shake brush after use and keep away from moisture. Wash brush in soapy water every few weeks or soak in a basin of warm water with one teaspoon of baking soda. Rinse and allow to dry thoroughly before using.
The best bet is the addition of baking soda in some boiled water. Also few drops of vinegar may also help. Alternatively, wipe over with alcoholic wipe if you rather not use water.

I love everything at GingerChi. Over the years I've purchased so many of their products and have been so happy with all. Even their hand sanitizer is divine! Because the products are all natural, I feel great using them and the scent is wonderful. So glad I found them:)

I have only placed 2 orders with Gingerchi so for. There was a tiny issue with the first order, I contacted them via email, quick response, solved the issue, super nice. Second order no issues. Fast service, wonderful products. I will be ordering more from them.

I have very sensitive skin that reacts to nearly everything i try. I was not confident that this product would be suitable for my cranky skin, so i bought the small bottle just in case. I do regret that, because i really love this product!! It smells wonderful and leaves my skin glowing and feeling soft and fresh. I have had no adverse reaction whatsoever....no splotches, no breakouts, no itching! Just wonderful!!
