Shocking… wrecked my hair after hilights. Keep your deposit to make sure you return and I obviously had a newly qualified hairdresser who had no idea how to cut short hair into a style. Atmosphere was almost bitchy and I’m still waiting for the rest of my deposit back. Am having to pay a decent hairdresser to get my over processed hair back to normal.
My daughter has just taken my grandson (4) for a haircut. She came back and was most impressed with everything. Customer service, the lady ‘ginger’ and she said was the best haircut he’d had. Takes a lot to impress her so, well done Ginger.
