We contacted Ginge Tours when we were considering a cruise. We are so glad we did. Nothing was too much trouble from beginning to end. Ginge Tours got it just right for us. They recommended the right company ‘Celebrity’ and the right destination’s ‘Mediterranean’ for our first adventure at sea. They took onboard our concerns about sea sickness and booked us a stateroom ‘Midships’. The contact with Geoff and Jo was amazing throughout and even on a late Saturday afternoon. Geoff was on hand to speedily resolve a minor issue when it became apparent that Celebrity had not recorded the flight booking reference number for our return flights which meant we could not ‘Check In’ on line. Geoff reviewed all the documents and found the missing reference number. You won’t get that level of personal service and customer care on the high street. We have already booked another holiday using Ginge Tours.

Booking process is very easy, communications throughout the process was excellent and if you have any questions, the response was very quick.
We have used Ginge Tours on several occasions and have recommended them to family and friends.

From the point of first contact, responses were quick and informative. I laid out quite limited parameters of the break I was looking for, but Geoff was brilliant in making recommendations. Contact was not at all overbearing, but the messages wishing us a great trip etc were a lovely touch. Will 100% use again and recommend to anyone else.

We asked for Northern Lights, Huskies and Whales, we got the lot. Whilst realising some of our requests were subject to Mother Nature the service and expertise shown by the respective guide/ operators was second to none. (Northern Soul Adventures in particular)

Excellent service from Geoff and Jo from start to finish. They managed to source the holiday we wanted, Vietnam and Cambodia, hotels we requested and all transfers. When we did hit a problem, missing a flight because we were stuck on an island due to high winds and no ferry running, it was quickly sorted with the flight being rescheduled for the following day and an overnight stay in a very nice hotel. All in all we had a very enjoyable holiday with excellent service.

Ginge Tours came through last minute with a great ski trip for my son and me in the French Alps. Flights and transfers were smooth, the hotel was cozy, and the staff were super friendly. The ski gear was top-notch, and the ski storage by the main lift was a huge plus. We had an awesome ski pass that let us explore into Switzerland, and we were lucky to get 46cm of snow early on for great conditions. Not sure how they managed that, but Ginge Tours nailed it again!

German Christmas Markets Rhine River Cruise with disabled elderly parent - Ginge Tours recommended Riviera and organised special assistance and advice as regards taking our own wheelchair. Everything went as smoothly as possible and we would certainly consult Geoff & Jo again for any bespoke travel plans!

As we have come to expect when booking through Ginge, a seamless holiday experience. The booking process is simple, we told them what we wanted and they delivered.
We had the legroom on the aircraft that we wanted, the meals and the flight times.
The hotel was absolutely central and the pick up from the airport to the hotel and back again was perfect and could not have been easier. Ginge are in touch every step of the way.

We have used Geoff and Jo at Ginge Tours for a couple of years now, all without any fuss or hiccups. We have just returned from Gambia, arranged by Ginge. We had a query just before we went, which was answered and dealt with very quickly despite Geoff and Jo being in Australia at the time. We have no problem in recommending their services.

I would like to thank Geoff and Jo Wessell from Ginge Tours for the excellent planning they undertook for our holiday to Singapore and New Zealand. They made the holiday hassle free, everything was faultless, flights and connections were great, accommodation and car hire were excellent. This all made for a brilliant trip for my wife and I. Two great holidays booked via Ginge Tours - one to Lake Garda and the other a river cruise on the Danube. Great service from Geoff and Jo who not only saved us money but kept us informed and up to date on any arrangements or changes. I cannot fault the service we received.

The advice we received for our trip to discover Rome was spot on. Ginge Tours booked us a lovely hotel in a great central location that was delightful, where the service was excellent. We were close to all the historical sights, and Ginge Tours helped us to make the most of our time. We will definitely use them again - our first choice!

We wanted to explore our options for honeymoon destinations and a colleague recommended Ginge Tours, who very quickly got back to us with a list of recommendations including costs. They were very professional and responsive to all our questions during the booking process. We have now just returned from our honeymoon in Phuket where we stayed in a lovely hotel in a quiet location. Ginge Tours also arranged hotel transfers with English speaking guides who were subsequently a great resource for arranging reliable tours throughout our stay. We even had a bottle of champagne and a personal message from Jo and Geoff on arrival at the hotel, which was a nice touch.

Once again a really fabulous holiday thanks to Ginge tours. This year we have been fortunate to have enjoyed 5 amazing breaks, all have been arranged through Ginge Tours with help from Geoff and Jo.

The breaks included a London Theatre trip to see Tina Turner and a visit to the Light rooms (we enjoyed our stay at Charing Cross hotel). Sorrento in May to celebrate a birthday, a family holiday to Corfu in August, a weekend break in Paris with a friend in August and 10 days in Tenerife this October.

Tenerife is a place we had never been to before. The Gran Tocande hotel Costa Adeje, recommended by Geoff was perfect, the staff the amenities and food were excellent. The flight times arranged for us maximised our time in Tenerife which was brilliant. It was a relaxing and tranquil holiday, we hired a car and visited attractions in the North recommended by Ginge Tours such as Loro Park and enjoyed our excursion to Mount Teide. We so very much enjoyed our time there that we want to revisit.

Ginge Tours have looked after us, the App is really useful and together with messages from Geoff or Jo we are kept informed of any flight delays or other changes.

Geoff & Jo arranged our trip to Mauritius to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. It was fantastic. The hotel was wonderful & all the travel arrangements came together seamlessly.
