Horrible experience. Was not properly informed of all areas that could affect me before signing my bankruptcy. Back and forth communication with never getting a response . Trustee did not do what she was suppose to and had to deal with a huge problem and could never properly answer my questions . I have been waiting for over 2.5 months for my taxes to be submitted . Had to have another trustee assist me with things who was just as horrible as my current trustee. Nothing but a headache and garbage assistance . I would never recommend your services and can not wait to not have to deal with you people.

I am not getting any follow ups on a pay issue that I called about (its been more than a month), I dont know if my taxes where filled correctly and if the information I gave was taken into account. I dont even know if I owe anything or if I am getting anything back...After I signed the agreement in February I have not been contacted for anything nor asked for pay slips. My ex is going through the same process and he hasn't gotten the same information from the person in charge of his file (and apparently we have the same person), was not asked to provide his receipts for daycare, papers to add to taxes for the selling of our house, and never asked for pay slips either. The lack of support and follow ups is a bit alarming for us.

I'm very happy with the service that I received, it was respectful, fast response, and even though the circumstances are not always easy they have made they feel comfortable and with courtesy. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone who has been in the same financial difficulties as I have.

in the end, everything went through so i'm happy with the results. They are quick to sign you up and take their share of the money, not so quick nor forthcoming on the process. Many questions went unanswered or were shrugged off as not important, however had I known all the information on the difference between a consumer proposal and bankruptcy my choice would have been different and at a lower cost to me in the end.
