I placed an order after seeing the high-quality materials and sophisticated designs featured on their website. The item that arrived from China was a flimsy, cheap, low-quality product made of synthetic fibers—completely different from the photos. Although the current “Gioluciano” website says it is “under construction,” they flood platforms like Instagram with ads, take orders, and then shut down the site once they’re inundated with complaints. This is a typical Chinese online scam shop that uses its return policy as an excuse to refuse refunds.

Please note that most scam sites run by Chinese individuals do not list an address (or, if they do, it is a fake registered address). Please use this as a clue to help you identify them.

This is a scam. Please do not waste your money. It is a waste of time and money. They sent a wrong product, which was a cheap, low-quality Chinese product. Please do not buy from them. Even they did not refund me. It costs an extra shipping fee.

I submitted emails on 12/13/2025,12/20/2025, 12/29/2025 and 1/5/2026 for Lorenzo Riviera 2 pc. mens suit per size. I wear a 40R in U.S. size. Their size chart show #6 for medium in U.S. I requested verification and clarification per size. As of today 2/12/2026 No Reply.

Very very bad they are cheaters i ordred a Vest since 2 months i didnt get nothing

Didn't even get the coat I ordered and when I went to ship it back it was going to be $500, the coat was $90. The trench coat I ordered looked like nice quality and had a belt, no buttons. The coat I received was see-through, had buttons and no belt. The quality is awful.

In a word, terrible experience and even worse customer service. Do not waste your hard earned money buying anything from this so called luxury company. Ordered and paid for a pair of trousers. They arrived weeks late, in the wrong size. Ten, yes ten emails later they refused to refund my money and then went silent.

Purchased four (4) pairs of slacks from this Company. At approx. $250.00 the pants took nearly a month and a half to arrive. I cannot say whether the pants were high or poor quality, what I can say is: 1.) They were extremely too small in the inseam. I am a 36/33. Standard pants are 32 inseam, which I can wear.
2.) I requested a return shipping label (standard business practice) in order to return their product and requested they re-send unfinished bottoms, I'll let my tailor do the alterations. They are now trying to complicate the return policy.
3.) I'll let you know how it turns out.

If you value your time and money, do not buy this product. The quality is completely different from the photos—like night and day. Not even a single screw matches the pictures, and the overall materials are of very poor quality. These items are designed and sold in bulk using this same low-quality approach.

Placed an order for trousers 25/11/25, arrived 16 December 2025. Wrong material, wrong colour. Received 14 e-mails informing me that things were running late. Very poor quality material and styling, reasonable fit. Discovered along the way that this classy Italianate website is for a Swiss registered company with its manufacturing base in that bastion of quality - China. That's me done, if clothes are not definitely advertised as made in UK for here on, I'm not buying. Avoid like the plague.

Sizing is horribly wrong--men's 2XL was barely an L.

Two items ordered--five weeks later, two items arrived, neither of which I ordered. Three weeks later replacement items arrived--one was a shirt I ordered, decently sewn, but way too small. Second "new" item was not an item I ordered. I give up.

Rubbish quality and returns process is purposefully complicated

Please do not buy anything from them. It’s just like Temu. Ordered supposedly leather jacket, when arrived wasn’t leather but a cheap fabric. And when asked to return the item got no answer from them.

Please please please do not buy from this company…ordered a polo shirt ….took forever to arrive(china)and when it did it was of the poorest quality ever…straight on the rubbish bin…

Just received the item. Poor quality. Fit is poor. Not worth the money.
