Damaged Content - Undelivered

This is the second time I am not receiving the shipment because it is damaged. I cannot keep ordering bottles of wine that do not reach me.

The delivery was prompt and…

The delivery was prompt and well-organized. My order arrived exactly when promised, and the packaging was top-notch—ensuring that the bottles were secure and intact. I appreciated the tracking updates, which kept me informed every step of the way.
Now, onto the main event—the wine! I ordered a selection of reds and whites, and each bottle exceeded my expectations. The flavor profiles were rich and well-balanced, showcasing the craftsmanship behind each wine.

Overall, I highly recommend Giordano Weine for both their excellent delivery service and the outstanding quality of their wines. I look forward to ordering again soon!

Long notification, response and delivery time

I placed my order with enough time in advance so that it arrives on time for my bday party. Unfortunately despite my efforts to raise this concern to the team, there wasn't any responsive reaction to it. Tracking information was also sent with big delay. While I write this review the order still has not been delivered not to mention the last minute wine shopping before the party!

Your wines and products are good but the delivery completely unsatisfactory.

Your wines are good and several years we are your clients. First in Italy and now in Austria.
However , we are very disappointed for the service of your delivery company. Prime Time this time was pulling our leg with the delivery.
We order on 27 november and apparently the box arrived in Vienna on 7 december.The company Prime Time told us that on the 8th December at 17.00 would have delivered the goods.Then on 9, then 10th and today 11th december they returned the box to you as undeliverable. We were all the time at home, because we have a sick person. To reach the company over phone is impossible: always busy or they do not answer.
