Don't buy anything!!
40 days after payment I didn't receive anything, not even the shipping e-mail, because the shipment was never made!!!
I sent 4 e-mails and they always tell me..."don't worry, we'll ship soon!

BUYER BEWARE!!I placed an order..it never…

I placed an order..it never arrived..several attempts to rectify the matter and 3 months later it’s still unresolved..they took my money..and now they don’t respond at all..very poor service!
UPDATE:…I received a response much like the one below..BUT I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE..the item I ordered was in the fall for the winter season…it is SPRING..and I still don’t have my order!!….AGAIN BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I don't even want to give 1 star. Took forever to get items from China. The blazer was really a small for a Large and it looked cheap compared to picture. The belt was cheaply made as well. Their clothes do not look like the website and give 7 days to return. Don't buy!

Several orders from Giovanco - None received.

I have several pending orders from Giovanco, all made at the beginning of December, 2024. As of the end of February, 2025, none of the items has been received. Extremely limited/uninformative tracking / status information is provided by the company. Upon reaching the limit of my patience, I sent an email demanding information on my orders' status. I received back from Giovanco a form letter, stating that my Giovanco delivery (singular) had been "Seized by USPS for Counterfeit Postage." So Giovanco is not only sending these items from China via the slowest possible means, they are dabbling with counterfeit postage to save a few bucks. Please do not send this criminal organization your money.

Hahaha! I'm a massive fool for ordering a faux-fur coat from these hacks. It looks nothing like it did in the pics, and in fact it looks like some sort of real fur, Nutria maybe, or German Shepherd? It took nearly two months to come through the mail. What an idiot I am.

Imports from companies like Giovanco should be banned worldwide

The recent U.S. China de minimis policy is essential for promoting fair competition by targeting fraudulent companies like Giovanco and Okaywear, among others. China is fully aware of what's happening and should know that these businesses harm consumers and legitimate brands by selling poor-quality goods, creating an uneven market. If I could give 0 stars I would. They sent me wrong item and want me to pay to return after it took 2 months to get coats. Material is so cheap I was embarrassed when my husband got the coats for his birthday that was 2 months ago. They offered me 30 percent refund and I have to return the coats myself and pay for shipping. I’m very disappointed. I’m going to contact the better business bureau

I ordered a jacket

I ordered a jacket. After 3 months, I received the wrong jacket, a cheap and low-quality jacket that wasn't even close to the one I ordered. I don't have time to jump through the hoops to resolve the issue, and I will never spend another dime with this company. buyers beware. I wish it were possible to give zero stars. After placing my order, I received no confirmation or tracking info. After waiting patiently for six weeks, I sent an email asking where my package was. I received the following reply.

The original package #9405509699938831368894 , which can not be delivered due to flagged as Seized by USPS for Counterfeit Postage.
