Condition of the product as delivered
Please provide specific instructions to the delivery service to handle the package with care. The box was delivered to me completely crushed and the small black box inside was also torn and the earrings were out. I cannot give the earrings in the Giovanni box anymore because the box looks really bad now.

We heard about Giovanni on the Two Sisters Italian Podcast. He really needs to send them a thank you charm. I wanted sterling silver charms made by an Italian , not made in China.
