Please do not shop with them. Totally unprofessional

I purchased a shirt through this company and it was too small, I then reached out to them and they told me that it will be too expensive to refund it so I decided to exchange it. After emailing them a few times they finally gave me the instructions on how to exchange the item. I followed every instruction that was told to me and then reached out to them again and they never replied back after at least four emails, it’s been over 2 weeks. Luckily I purchase this through PayPal so I was able to reach out to paypal to try to see if I can get a full refund.

I have just had my order arrive from…

I have just had my order arrive from giovoss - I ordered before reading any reviews and thought oh dear... but... I am very pleased

the items look exactly like the pictures and the quality is very decent - I buy lots of clothes, shoes and can tell if they are poor and these are not. this is only my experience of course and for me, I am very pleased but make your own mind up.

for reference, I ordered 3x shoes and they fit great, are the same size and as I say, quality is good...

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service: I purchased a jacket and I had 7 days to return it.
When I received it (and didnt like it), I asked for the return instructions and after a couple of days (asking stupid questions to lose time), I finally got an address, but with no contact info (no name or phone number, info needed to send a pakcage). I have asked 3 times but of course, they don't answer the same day (no matter what time you e-mail) and every time they gave me the same address. I never got a phone # or contact info, so I eventually made up a name and put my own phone number. The target was obviously to lose time to finally tell me that it was too late to get a refund...
Don't bu from them, the quality of the products are not good, they make you pay for the shipment of the return, they make you lose time so you can't get a refund. It feels like a scam: they sell several times the same item and never refund you.
Horrible quality, horrible customer service. Keep you money, dont waste it on such a terrible company provide bad products and service.

Be carefull with GIOVOSS! These guys are not delivering what you order and after, they charge you for returning the goods! Go with WISH, way more professional!

Appalling standard of clothing

Appalling standard of clothing, the cheapest made rubbish anyone could buy, items look nothing like the pictures online and the sizes, . . . Well,. . . I doubt if they’ve got a measuring tape between them. Appalling. Stay well away.

Abhorrent behaviour of Misrepresentation

Firstly, I’m not in the habit of writing such reviews but this is just plain wrong!!

I purchased a $166 jacket. When it arrived, it turned out that there were loads of embroidered Chinese logo's in various parts of the outside of the jacket and a horrendous side arm patch, none of which was shown in their photography used to sell the product online.

Naturally I asked for a refund, First I was told they would give me a refund of 15% and a 15% discount voucher. Yes, they actually wanted me to spend more money with them!! No surprise, I declined. After several days of chasing, I started to post my issue on social media. Within minutes the offer went up to a 30% refund!
I fully understand the difficulties of distant selling, but when a company misrepresents a product and does so in such a way that leads the average man to conclude that the misrepresentation was deliberate, (but using Photoshop to erase unsightly features) then it's not surprising that nothing short of a full refund will do!
It's companies like this that just drive sales to Amazon who issue legitimate refunds, no questioned asked.

I have made an official complaint to Facebook and I have identified at least two other "companies" that are using the same frontend/backend and I suspect they are operated by the same people.

Luckily I have a full sourcing and legal team based in both HK and China and I will update as this progresses.

Sizing problems and cut off size labels.

The GioVoss website is really nice. Clothes look excellent. I ordered 2 shirts and received them quickly. Problem is I am 220lbs. I ordered 2 shirts, XXL. I tried on the shirts that came in the mail. I could barely get them on me and I don't even have a belly. No way the shirts are XXL. I looked at the size label....cut off....no size label. I have 2 shirts now that I can't use unless I drop 30lbs. I read other comments on other pages, after the fact, that GioVoss clothes run small on everything. Was not aware of that before I ordered. Should not advertise as XXL.

PLEASE NOBODY BUY FROM THIS SITE IT IS FULL OF CON ARTISTS
I ordered 3 items after I did I read reviews(similar on here) it was awful so I Facebook message them (as there was no details how to contact ) then they gave email address which I requested order to be refunded
They say you need cancel an HOUR after work (even though doesnt say prior to purchase) but if you return it you got 7 days for refund which contradict the previous!
I consulted agents in UK who informed me by British law (as I purchased it as a citizen) we got 14 days to change mind on items for returns online
I have given this evidence AND THEY REFUSE IT
If the order is shipped I will refuse it and be returned (that way I dont pay return fee) and then request refund if they play the long game
But SERIOUSLY PEOPLE THIS SITE NEEDS BE SHUT DOWN

Worst Experience ever

I spend cd $126 in Total to buy a blazer and this blazer is not that as advertised...Poor material and stitching and not worth then $10 Promise. Garbage for me...I think these people are Scammers

DO NOT ORDER FROM GIOVOSS

I wear a medium usually, so I thought when ordering a coat I would go one size larger. The "Large" coat arrived and was really a "Small" - I don't care what the label said. I couldn't even get into it! Endless hassle organizing a return. I had to threaten to launch a massive social media negative campaign against them before they would provide me with an address in Miami to return the coat. Another shirt from my order never arrived. After weeks of hassle and wasted time, I finally got my refund for the missing shirt and the returned coat, but I had to absorb the shipping fee to get it to Miami. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Their items only look good on picture

Their items only look good on picture. In reality it is a cheap junk from China. I asked for refund and they requested to ship the item back to China, that cost more then the item by itself. So, their return and satisfaction statement is just their sale trick.
Never buy from them again.

Absolutely HORRIBLE

Absolutely HORRIBLE. Ordered my husband 4 items online, spent USD 140$. Took a very long time to receive. When I did I knew immediately these items would not fit my husband. I ordered the same size in all of the shirts, some of the shirts are different lengths in the arms, waist. Some shirts look like belly tops and I ordered a 2XL. Paper thin shirts with no tags to describe the sizes, washing instructions. Not impressed, never buying again. Do not buy! And, based on the reviews, I have a feeling I will not be getting my money back even though I contacted them.

SMH.... How is that for disappointing on Christmas morning.

This company is the ABSOLUTE WORSTTTTT... I hope nobody else falls for their saavy advertising, for it's nothing like what is advertised.. And well forget about the shipping and getting your stuff in a timely fashion.. Total disappointment and can't even get a refund!

This company is horrible

This company is horrible, fitting scale is wrong, this company is ordering everything from a chinese supplier that doesn't know what they are doing. I asked for them to send me a return label and they told me that it will cost me $40 to send the item back. I opened a dispute with Paypal and they couldn't help because it was supposed to be on my side to check for the fitting. After emailing the company back and forth they provide me a Miami, Florida address in order for me to send the item, two weeks are gone and they haven't provide me with the refund.

Worst experience ever

ordered a 3x based on their size chart, wouldn't even fit my mom who is half my size. Might fit a 10 year old. Emailed the company four times didnt get a response for 5 days, then when i tried to return the product they wanted me to pay to return it and cover the cost of shipping it back, informing me that i would spend more to send it back than i did on the product, before they issue a refund it had to be in house. Wil recommend to everyone to stay away from this site from now on

This was the worst company I've experienced...

This was the worst company that I have dealt with. The shirt I received looked nothing like what was advertised and did not fit correctly. I tried for days to try to speak with someone on the phone directly but to this day have been unable to. The customer service experience was atrocious. This is the first review of a company I have ever written but Giovoss is so bad, I felt the need to do so.
