Sneakers are at least a size too…

Sneakers are at least a size too small, just bought a pair UK size 11 US 12 and are hurting both feet, too much hassle and cost to send them back,I gave them to our local cobbler who is trying to stretch them
BEWARE….if you are buying, buy at least a size up.

Great customer service!

Their shoes are beautiful and very comfortable. I bought five pairs, but I had an issue with one of them. There was something wrong with the tongue and it hurt my toes. I explained the problem to Giovvani and they immediately replaced that pair no questions asked. I had the new pair within a week. As I said, their shoes are amazing, but their customer service is even better. I’m still shocked how quickly they took care of me. I’m very impressed and will definitely be a long time customer.

179 € Sneakers with many question marks

Comfortable and true to size, but the material does not smell like leather and starts to squeak after a while. GIOVVANI advertises with "lambskin leather", which sounds like genuine premium lambskin. However, genuine lambskin leather would be unrealistic for shoes in this price range (€179) – it is most likely thin, coated split leather or synthetic material, so the claim is misleading.

"GIOVVANI Milan" sounds like premium Italian design, but in fact, production takes place worldwide and everything is regulated under US law in Wyoming – which contradicts the brand image.

The brand emphasises ethics, sustainability and responsible manufacturing in its "Steadfast Values". However, no evidence or concrete information is provided to support these statements.

Returns are almost impossible: 20% restocking fee plus full shipping costs. For €179, you get visually appealing sneakers, but no genuine premium materials, no proven sustainability and no customer-friendly terms and conditions.

Worst shoes ever

Worst shoes ever!
I bought the Blue Leather Lorenzo.
The are really hard and definitely not leather. My feet are sweaty, the skin on my heels is gone and my toes are chafed.

I tried them out

I tried them out, they looked amazing. They are NOT for wide feet OR half-sizes. I usually wear a 9.5E, so the sizing said to go to 10. No. They are actual 10Ds, so too long and narrow.
Returns and exchanges are a rip-off as they steal 20% restocking fee, customer must pay shipping, duties, taxes, etc. As an international client, it drops the refund to about half the purchase price (I orderes on sale).

That said, the quality is great, smells amazing, but can't wear them to walk around in. So much for $230 shoes.
