Hotel manager was a dictator!
Our stay at this 4 stars hotel was so horribel and few words cant describe our awful experience with the hotel manager.
She was on the warpath and hostile behaviour at the check-in.
We had never ever meet this criticizable service in our many trips and stays in many hotels. We are in doubt that the manager knows which means with working in this service Industry. She should learn and adapt the customer first mind-set from the staff. They were so serviceminded and very accommodating.
The manager treated and yelled us as childrens.
The staff told us to ignored her as her threatening behaviour is attempt to get us uppset then she has a reason to kick us out. How can this kind of person qualified to be a manager for a 4 stars hotel? The owner should definitely fire her.!!
The staff told us that there we are not the only one who get this very bad service and unprofessional behaviour from manager.
Based on our scary experience we caution you not to book this hotel as long the manager still in charger for this hotel.!! You will with guarantee not get the full value for the high room-price
