I placed a holiday order and there was…

I placed a holiday order and there was a piece missing so I contacted this company via email. They do not have any other method of contacting customer service. They have been giving me the run around. Their customer service is AI generated and so poorly executed it makes no sense. I have since emailed them numerous times and the AI generated agent keeps telling me my replacement is on the way. Sadly it is not! This is a company with an amazing product but the customer service is non existent. Still missing part of my order and I am unable to get assistance. I do not recommend ordering from this company.
