Friendly service but average results

I'm in-between 3 and 4 stars. Really friendly, fast and efficient service but the results on paper I would say were pretty average. My CV certainly improved after using this service but overall the end result is pretty average. The CV feels very generic and the wording I would say uninspiring. Value for money, I would say yes, but is there stronger services out there, probably. They offer a free review, so no harm in having the initial consultation, but I'm about to have my CV rewritten again but someone else, take from that what you will.
