Emily was so helpful as we approached our holiday. She was very proactive and sorting some detailed items, such as, airport parking and some excursions. From day 1 of the holiday everything went to plan with everything in place. The private pickup from the airport in Rome was great, no waiting in taxi queues, or searching for transport. After a few days in Rome, the transfer to Naples by train was so smooth. Both hotels were great, but the one in Sorrento was outstanding, a top quality hotel in a top quality location overlooking the bay of Naples.
