The quality is awful nothing like advertising cheap polyester no way of returning.

In addition to the long processing time, they didn't ship the correct order. I ordered 1 pair of jeans and 1 pair of shorts. They shipped 2 pair of shorts. I contacted them and they said their computers crashed and that's why the order was incorrect. In order for them to ship the jeans they wanted me to pay $7.99 for shipping. I told them that they were dishonest and wrong to ask me to pay the additional fee. Haven't heard from them since.

I purchased a two piece set for $80 and it was never delivered. I have reached out to the company several times and received one response saying "Due to the COVID-19, your order is stuck in the logistics warehouse and cannot be dispatched." They never reached out to let me know that my purchase wouldn't be shipping, and have still not refunded me. I placed this order back in April.

Could never get anyone to return my call. The dress does not fit. Absolutely no help. Will never order again.

I paid $50 for shipping with in 5-7 days...it's been 2 weeks and i still haven't got it. Plus I sent a email and never got a response.

I haven’t receive my order yet. I only received the notification that it have been shipped after a month and half. I am still waiting to get my merchandise

I ordered 2 packs and (although the sending time is between 7-15 days) more than 22 days has past and I don´t have yet my prom dress on time. Besides, I wrote to the helping contact, and they did´nt answer me yet. For the rest, I´m happy for the otrhe pack, and the offer of products in the shop

I need received my item.. it says it was shipped out for delivery... almost a week later I checked the status and it says my order was canceled..no refund or reason why

Still haven’t received anything not even a tracking number or update !! Don’t order from here very unprofessional and ridiculous. I order in March it’s April 13

not a scam, just like the picture! i was confused as to how to tie the strings but whichever way you do it it looks cute. wore them for my bday, totally worth it

A cheap version of the picture. Maybe fit a 12 year old. Not plush at all. Very disappointed ☹️

Dress looks different than in the picture. Very poor quality. I threw it in the garbage. Never more!

horrible customer service and bad package tracking

Basically my purchase went well. It took a little longer to arrive than was ideal but was acceptable. The item arrived in good condition but didn't really work for me. The quality was just ok. Again, not quite what I was expecting. The product is better suited to a teenager's prom than Mother of the Bride.

Really surprised! Thanks girlfairy! The dress is too beautiful. The fabric is very pleasant to the body and light, almost not felt. Stitched qualitatively. The color is excellent. Chose it, because it is similar to the color of blue clay, which strangely approached my eyes. Sits perfectly, the length is good, emphasizes the figure. The truth for a long time could not understand what level to raise up dresses, so that it sat without large folds. The fabric from the side looks beautiful. To buy I advise, definitely feel hot in it for all 100%.
