Very good customer service
I had a problem with the delivery because the german post office. This was not girlgang.shops fault nor mine. Lucy helped me and kept me updated about my order. I can't complain. If the german post office did their job the delivery would have taken a few days to arrive.
I love the shirts that I got and thanks again to Lucy for the great customer service!

Amazing company!
Amazing company! I found girlgangshop by chance online, ordered a baseball cap for a Christmas present but the delivery was very delayed and I was worried it wouldn’t arrive in time. Lucy was so helpful, she offered me either a refund, or they could send another one out directly to the person I was gifting it to. In the end it arrived today, so all good!

Hi Simone, we’re genuinely sorry to see this review, especially because the situation has already been fully explained to you multiple times by our team.
Your order was cancelled only because the photos provided were too dark, grainy, and cropped in ways that made it impossible for us to create a high-quality graphic for your custom tee. We always want our customers to receive products they’re proud of, and in this case the images simply wouldn’t have produced a good result. For that reason, we emailed you immediately with the explanation and invited you to place a new order using clearer photos.
You then placed a second order using the exact same photos, so we cancelled that order as well to avoid delivering a product you would likely be unhappy with.
Regarding the refund: the refund was processed straight away on our side, but - as with all online payments - banks typically take 2–3 business days to return the funds to your account. This is standard banking procedure and not something any webshop can speed up. We also reached out several times to confirm this and to make sure you had all the necessary information.
We are absolutely NOT a scam and would never keep money from cancelled orders. Everything is handled through a fully automated and secure payment gateway. We’ve attempted to contact you directly several times, and Trustpilot also reached out to you for clarification. You have chosen not to reply to any of these messages. It’s disappointing when a small business does everything transparently and honestly, yet a customer refuses to engage and instead leaves a damaging and misleading review.
We always act in good faith, and we stand by how this situation was handled.

Thanks to the founder’s “can-do attitude,” I was able to place my order directly in the US, since the hat I wanted was sold out in Europe.
The courier service took its time, but the hat was absolutely worth the wait. The quality exceeded my expectations, and I’m now ready for the fall season with my unique style and sense of humor!

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience, but we want to clarify that we are *absolutely not* a scam. We are a legitimate small business with thousands of happy customers, and we take every order and concern very seriously.
According to our records, your package was marked as returned to sender by the postal service due to an address error that was entered during checkout. Unfortunately, we never received the returned item. Had you contacted us at the time (as most of our customers do in case they have any trouble with the delivery) we would have gladly:
1. Investigated the issue with Canada Post, and
2. Sent out a replacement at no extra cost.
Instead, we only found out about your issue months later through this public review. We even reached out after seeing your post, hoping to resolve the situation, but received no response.
We work extremely hard to deliver quality service and always do our best to make things right when given the opportunity. It’s disappointing to be publicly criticized without being given that chance.
We’re still happy to work with you on a solution, so please feel free to reach out directly so we can help.
