Dress was beautiful but a little snug. Not good on the returns though - charged £3.95 to return the dress. I had paid £3.95 for the delivery of the address together with some insurance . Even Shein and Temu arent that bad. First time ordered from them - will be put off on a return cost of £3.95

If I could review with no stars, I would. Purchased a dress, the dress arrived looking as if it had been caught in a bicycle wheel in 2 places, black oily marks. The company clearly do not do quality control checks. I emailed and was sent a return label, I do not have not am I able to get access to a printer, so the label was useless. Girl in mind refused to send a QR code even though they do use them and the customer service is awful. I had to pay to return the item, and after saying they would refund postage both ways, they are now refusing to refund. Avoid this company, save yourself the hassle and expense of dealing with them! Rude, unprofessional, unethical, unhelpful.

Customer service was very quick and helpful when I needed something checked, and their clothing is on trend and great quality, thank you !

I emailed them about a problem returning my order. They replied the next day with clear instructions of how to resolve the issue.

Lovely style dress but the material felt quite cheap so it was returned.
Be aware that it is expensive to return clothes.
I paid £46.45 for the dress - this included postage of £3.95.
I was refunded just £38.55 - so another £3.95 was taken to return the dress.
£8 for delivery to buy and return a dress that doesn't suit?
I won't be risking it again.

Ordered a dress which was lovely and decided to keep it, but the next day decided to change it for another colour. As I had discarded the invoice and packaging I contacted the customer service team who were excellent. They sent me a QR code for my return and also sent a code for free delivery of my replacement item.

I Bought the Betty asymmetrical dress in red which is gorgeous but was slightly too big.
I needed to order a smaller size and organise next day delivery to be in time for a special occasion. The website showed 48hr tracked delivery option but that would have been too late so I contacted customer service to see what could be done. Sahil was really helpful and organised for a replacement order to be sent on next day delivery tracked and assured me it would arrive.
It did! and I am so pleased as really love the dress and wanted to wear it that night.
The quality and fit of the dress and the customer service is fantastic.
I will definitely be using Girl in Mind again.

Really impressed with Girl in mind. I always receive the dresses next day delivery. I always get compliments when I wear their dresses. I am a plus size and I am so glad that they cater for all sizes. Recommend to everyone.

Returned a dress £48.94 as I didn't think is was of great quality and had a partial refund of £8.69!! Will never order from this company again. The dress is still on the website at £52.

The staff were very supportive through email communication. Very professional and followed up to confirm I received my email. I wasn't aware I would be charged customs and they reached out to me regarding same and provided a code for next time I purchase. Delivery was very quick to Ireland also. I will definitely use again as the positive experience with the staff outweighed the customs charges!!! Very happy customer and dresses were beautiful!

I’ve Ordered twice from here now. Sizing and quality of the clothing both perfect. Second order I accidentally added the wrong size to my basket. I sent an email and had a reply within the hour confirming this had been amended. Fantastic customer service. Thank you

Have had a few items from Girl in Mind and all have been lovely, true to size and delivered on time, would highly recommend. Had an issue with returns label and this was sorted out quickly with no trouble.
