Ordered a bikini. They have not only sent me the wrong one but also not responded to a single email or message I've sent. Extremely disappointing as I thought they were a trust worthy company. Considering the amount of money I spent, the least I would expect is the right items.
I wish I could give them 0 stars! Probably the worst retail company I’ve ever purchased clothing from. I ordered two bikinis and a swimming costume. The swimming costume was the quality of something from a supermarket, not in my opinion worth £90 and one of the bikinis was a really poor fit. Since the items were returned and delivered back to the company, the company have not responded to any of my emails or Instagram messages. I have not received any of my refund, they currently owe my over £180. I even emailed the business owner and yet again no response. I’ve had to raise a case against them with my bank. I wouldn’t use this company again if you paid me, don’t waste your money guys! I’m also not the only one who has had this issue.
