Will shop here again. :)
My order was delayed and I didn’t receive the email informing me about it. However, when I contacted customer service, they were super nice and let me know that one item had been out of stock, but that it was restocked now and they would send me the items the next day. I received the parcel within two days and they had also added some freebies to my order. :) Thank you and I’m super happy with my order. Will order more when I run out. :)

Order not delivered- but has now arrived!
UPDATE (26/11/2022)
Received our order today (via DHL). Very well packaged, so everything was in pristine condition - so well done to Gitane on that. Everything in the order appears to be of good quality (and value) given the distance it has travelled - so thumbs up on that aspect as well.
So overall shopper experience has been fine and we are now content with the whole experience. If Gitane can work on their communications/delivery then it would be even better.

Our order (#1271) was placed on 15th November but has NOT arrived by 23rd November nor have we been given any information on the delay in the delivery process. Oddly they did ask us to rate our experience here on Trust Pilot, so we have.
So at this point we are NOT sure we can rely on this seller to deliver on their promise. Perhaps our order is "in the post" but so far nothing from them to tell us what is happening. So very disappointed.
