Terrible and unreliable shop. I ordered a dress that arrived and looks nothing like the picture on the site to start with. The fabric is very shiny and plastic and in a different color then on the site.

The worst is that the dress does not fit either, the top is too small.

In the return policy it says that GIUIN will take returns, but the people from customer support tell me it is not possible.

This is a scam company do not buy here the images look lovely but the products are not like on the photo and the company does not keep to its return policy.

I bought two of the same dress in different colours for my bridesmaid to choose from with the intention of sending one back after seeing the colours. I emailed their customer services within one day of receipt. I received a request to send an image of my upper body and an explanation that I would not be able to receive a refund as the dress was discounted. It does not say this anywhere on their returns policy.

do not buy anything from them, the dresses do not meet the requirements on the site, when you want to get your money back, they tell you many things and do absolutely nothing about it.

This is the worst site ever. Oredred a dress and it looks nothing like what I've oredred. Horrible service and won't refund, just keep going in circles. DON'T ORDER FROM HERE.

Very bad costumer service.
The dress I recieved looks totally different from the one I ordered. The colour is orange not pink. The other dress is damaged. Told the costumer service, sent pictures and they refuse to give me an adress for the shipping and wont give me my money back. Told me the different colour is because of the light. Did not mention the other damaged dress.
Totally would NOT recomend giuin. They are just ripping of costumers.

I should have looked up reviews before I bought a dress from them. The dress is like a really bad knock-off of the advertised dress. It KIND OF resembles it but it is not the same dress. The dress advertised is a fitted little red sparkle over a red dress. The dress that came is large and silver LINES on a red dress. It is essentially not the same dress. I emailed them right away with a photo that it is not as advertised and they wrote back that it is. I pointed out that the dress advertised is red on red and this is silver on red. They wrote back, "maybe you have not browsed the pictures displayed on the website. This style is a solid color base, with a silver pattern design on the surface. In addition to red, there are several other colors. You can check it yourself." I KNOW WHAT I AM SEEING. IT IS NOT IT! Eventually, I will take it up to PayPal. I had a feeling this would be an issue so went through PayPal to be protected

Received A dress. Not even close to the one in the pictures. I sent an email asking for the return address. They asked for photos which I gave, then said that the dress might be 1 to 3 inches off due to mechanical measurement, hope you understand... I have taken it to paypal court.

Do not order from this site it's scam they will never deliver your parcel.I wish i can even put a 0 star rubbish people thieves.

Definitely do not purchase anything from this company! I ordered two dresses. The day I received them, I realized the quality of the material as well as the color of the dresses did not appear as was on the website. Also, the dresses were too big.
I immediately emailed the company at the address listed ask for a return address as was stated on the website. I got a reply hours later that stated that the sizes couldn’t be guaranteed, and asked if I would take a picture “of the upper”. I had emailed back and requested, again, a return address, as the dresses were JUST received, in original packages, and the website states “money back guarantee”. I got a reply that stated it would cost me more money to return them to China, and would I consider tailoring them. I honestly got tired of wasting my time going around and around… so I decided to eat the cost, but will certainly provide reviews of my terrible experience.

To be honest I've never wrote an review before. But with this company I would like to warn every beautiful human out there DON'T just DON'T. On their website you receive the money back guarantee, it's a LIE!!!. After you receive the dress and you don't like it you have to email them to see if you are eligible to return or not. I asked to get a refund they asked me to discibe the problem. I told them I just don't like the dress it doesn't fit me well. OH WELL !!! The answer I got it this is how it's look. I look like a clown in it. They asked me to send a picture with me in it. I told them i am uncomfortable with it on and they insist that if there's no photos there's no refund. I did everything they asked of me for $61 refund. I paid $70.18 in total. $8.99 is the shipping cost. It has been a nightmare with them. Then they decided after 14 days of emailing back and forward they will refund me but I have to pay full $25 on the shipping cost instead of $8.99. I literary has no word how angry I am with them for the past 2 almost 3 weeks. The quality is rubbish. You could get exactly same dress from Ali express for half a price and you are not gonna missed that money. People, DO NOT ! BUY FROM GIUIN !!!!!!!!!!! After 16 days of emailing I think I have to make peace that I will never get my money back and if I spend more money in sending the dress back to them I will waste another $25 for nothing. Lastly, I review the dress on the website. But not I've never seen my review up there. only good and fake one. Not the honest one up there.

IT’S A SCAM! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!
When I ordered a dress from them, I was slightly hesitant, but I saw that they had an Instagram page with quite a following and thought maybe they are legit.. I wish I would’ve listened to what my gut was telling me. I received a dress that was nothing like the photo, horrible cheap fabric, suuuper oversized, the cut is a sad parody of the photo on their website, the dress is white and it’s completely see-through, you can even clearly see the ugly inserts in the top part. I emailed them right away about the refund and they told me to describe a problem and they would process the refund, but when I did that, they started sending me emails with short unprofessionally written paragraphs about their fabric, absolutely ignoring my refund requests. Oh, the best one so far was, they suggested I could wear some skin color underwear underneath it if I’m not comfortable that it is see-through.. lol
And also they told me I just need to iron it and it will look better!!! I mean seriously!? Loool nothing can help that dress to look better! Still heard nothing about the refund by the way.

Never order on giuin! I ordered a dress, and it wasn't at all what I expected. It looks really cheap, it doesn't fit me nicely and it's not worth the money I paid for it. So I wanted to return it and send an email and guess what: they are just not letting me return it! They keep sending me emails with bad excuses and how I should have paid more attention to the size charts on the website etc. and not giving me the adress to where I can send it back to. I wanna warn everybody about this website. Do not order anything from giuin.com!

Do NOT order from here. If you see it on your Instagram, it’s a scam. Terrible quality. I wanted to return because my dress was too big and I didn’t like the fabric and I kept getting emails back like “are you sure” and “send pictures” when all I said was that I didn’t like the fit or fabric. Do NOT order from here no matter what. Trust me.
