This company is a scam

This company is a scam! They send you a birthday offer from the email address chloe++ritualshipping.com
— a very attractive birthday offer that’s hard to refuse. You pay €9.99 for it, and then they start taking money from your account without any confirmation.

The bank can’t do anything about it because you technically “subscribed” without realizing it. I contacted their support, but there was no result. They charged my account three times. Even after the first transaction, I changed my card, and they still took the money.

Scammers. I hope these people will face consequences one day and go to jail.
P.S. The country where the company is registered - Cyprus, Limassol.

Scammers

Scammers, stealing money from your account.
They sent me a birthday offer on my birthday from the email address chloe++ritualshipping.com
— a very attractive birthday offer that’s hard to refuse - nice Rituals set for EUR 9.99. I paid €9.99 for it, and then they start taking money from my account without any confirmation.
Total: 9.99 + 21.20 (for subscription which I didn’t ask and didn’t confirm) + 17.64.
The bank can’t do anything about it because you technically “subscribed” without realizing it. I contacted their support, but there was no result. They just told me that this is subscription and I can order something. They charged my account three times. Even after the first transaction, I changed my card, and they still took the money.
Be aware! Never deal with this scammers!
Update: They ask to delete this review and to write a good one and in this case they will reimburse money! This is why they have good reviews!
