I ordered personalised glasses case as a gift for my wife, I gave it to my wife on the 6th of May, and on the 19th of May 13 days later it fell apart, I have contacted the customer service via email and attached 2 photos of the poor condition of the case but have had no response or contact, I am very disappointed with the quality of the product and the service from them

Price, lovely quality, arrived on time

The gift was very nice but not all the message on the engraving was there. It had the name and date but the the name of the church where the baptism was held was missing

Easy to order , fast delivery . Happy with service, and product .

Product was reasonable quality. Very small print and pages are not the best, yellow quite low grade paper used in the book I thought. Good quality personalisation though and facts / trivia were of an ok standard.

Received my memory plaque for my brother today and it’s amazing it’s everything and more I could have hoped for thank you so much plus it come so quick highly recommend good job louise, ben and team you have put a lost smile back on my face thank you

Lovely personalised glass tokens and quick delivery.

I am extremely dissatisfied due to the wording on my order being incorrect. I triple-checked the wording before submitting my order, therefore the wording was shown as "You are Loved more than you'll ever know". Not "You are Love more than you'll ever know". 

I then added the order to the basket & sometime later I received an email confirmation confirming that my order was placed. I then realised straight away that I could review my order which is when I realised the wording was shown as incorrect.

I emailed straight away to be told it was too late to have my order corrected.

The gift is a mother's day gift therefore the wording is extremely special. I fail to understand why a company does not have quality checking in place to ensure such issues as corrected. The wording placed on my order clearly does not make sense.

I have spoken to a number of companies to see if my blanket can be altered to which I have been unsuccessful therefore I find myself having to purchase a similar item from another company costing £40. 

Given the circumstances I will placing a review stating the above & I certainly shall not be recommending Give Personalised gifts to friends or family. 

I would highly suggest having quality checking in place to avoid such issues. Or simply having better customer service measures in place!

The above email was sent to Sales on the 07th of March to which I received no response!

I bought the glass with a picture in it for a friend who lost her dog suddenly. It was easy to order and pay and delivery was fast turning up 2 days early,and that was free postage.
I was messaged every step of the way from when I ordered it to the company sending it out and it arriving at my home.
The item was beautifull better than I expected a very clear picture of the dog and a message and her name engraved around the picture.

I ordered a personalised triple candle holder, it came very quickly. But I did have a couple of issues with the finish of the product. I sent an email, and they sent me a replacement within the week. Very happy with the replacement and the service.

Very speedy fulfillment and delivery of the order.

Very poor quality and expensive! No one replies to emails or refunds returns! Disgraceful.

Paid for next day and got it four days later. Disgusting service

Ordered a lovely engraved tea light holder from this company. It arrived well packaged and on time. The item is beautiful cant wait to give it to my friend. Will be buying from this company again in the near future.

would never advise any one to purchase from this company just scammers and liars after receiving damaged goods after contacting them and going through the usual protocol and explained i did no longer wish to have it replaced but insisted on sending a replacement telling me they would issue me with a postal label to then send both items back and would issue full refund after sending endless of emails to require about my return labels i was promptly told i have received two items and the case is closed so i am left with one unwanted and one damaged item
