Customer support is good, but the changes to the architecture of the program with the Visual Form Builder took too long to get up to speed on and problems occurred.
Customer service was quick to get back and advice was meaningful and effective once implemented. But I have GREAT frustration with the updates and limitations that ensued.

Excellent Donation Plugin with Powerful Features
We’ve been using GiveWP for our organization’s fundraising campaigns, and it has completely transformed the way we handle online donations. Best App Support I've ever received
Robin del Mundo was excellent. He helped me to troubleshoot a problem we were having on our webiste with taking payments. Not only did he identify the problem, he then created a step by step video to follow to fix it. His communication was great, he kept me up to date.
