My car broke down, I called on Friday evening, got an answer directly, help directly. Could leave my car and it was picked up later, I didnt have to wait! Perfect!

The worst experience ever with an insurancecompany. Do not chose Gjensidige ever. They charged me the double price for three years without an apoligize. They give you short answers by the web and do not want to talk to you in the phone. If they do, they are rude.

if you want to feel you are insured but…
if you want to feel you are insured but in reality you are not, buy their insurance.
just a waste of your money.
they have so many terms and conditions that they will use it against your case to avoid compensation.
besides they will keep all the communications in swedish although it's clear that your preference is English and all your claims and messages in English and use not so simple Swedish wording.
at the end say no.
just a waste.
