Quick service

Quick service. Very good quality. There was a mix up with a double order but I was advised to send the duplicate back and received a refund very quickly.

Excellent human support

So if you think that modern online retailers are faceless, bot only with poor customer service think again. Having had issues with a high quality chrome letterbox twice, just outside of the return window, Jeremy at G Johns looked after me both times, no quibble return and replacement. The product is of great quality and the service her was nothing short of excellent. Well done G Johns
