Excellent equipment & excellent service
Excellent equipment - truly the best made, sturdy, easy to put together and worked perfectly!
The service was impeccable - very helpful, everything explained and response times to any questions were always almost immediate.
I would thoroughly recommend using these guys for a first class service and a first class product. I have subsequently ordered more equipment from them.

I ordered a Basi Systems Reformer, Tower and Wunda Chair via Gladform.com, the UK representative for Basi Systems Uk. The process was faultless from start to finish.
The customer service has been excellent throughout, with advice and regular updates on the process of the order provided.
The equipment arrived within 3-4 weeks from the date of ordering. Outstanding considering we are in a UK COVID-19 lockdown and Brexit has recently taken place.
The equipment arrived beautifully packaged and delivered by a courier who was absolutely faultless with the service given.
The quality of the equipment is outstanding and very simple to assemble. I cannot recommend both Gladform.com and Basi Systems UK enough. Absolutely superb.
