The service was great, everything was explained to me, they helped me to get a leg up so I didn't have to grind for weeks, everything was above board no account sharing just as they said, they were quick and happy to help with any questions I had. 100% happy and would come back again.

I just got my easy chargeback after 3 months of not receiving the refund and getting ignored by email and live chat, so basically they don't issue refunds and here is what you are going to do if you don't receive your refund within 14 days.

Step 5 - Contact your bank and flag the transaction as goods / service not delivered.

Step 5 - Alternatively should you decide, you can go to your local consumer rights agency and ask for help, you are entitled to a restitution of double the amount that is owed to you.

One of the worst experiences. I ordered delivery (which was supposed to be very fast), but it took exactly one day to arrive. What's more, what arrived wasn't what I ordered (I bought gold, but instead, I received items meant for resale that don't sell). On top of that, customer service took exactly two days to send me the website so I could post a review.

I advise against buying from their site if you don't want any hassle (half the reviews are bots).

Edit: My account was banned after using their service. Upon research, there are other trading methods which are safer so I don't know why they didn't use them. I told them I got banned and I suggested they use another method, but they ignored my message entirely. I didn't even ask for a refund, so I guess they just don't care!
