I'm sorry to hear you were disappointed with the Royal Mail delivery, I have looked into your order, you placed the order on the 19th and we dispatched this the same day, a delivery attempt was made on the 20th December however there was no answer. Even if we had have opted for a different courier this would have had the same outcome. You should have received emails from Royal Mail quoting an estimated delivery date/time - you also have the option of arranging another time should this not be suitable. Once again I'm sorry you have had an issue however I feel the 1 star rating is unfair as we have dispatched your order the same day as it was placed and delivery was attempted the following day.

Can I just say, what excellent service you provide! From start to finish, you've been brilliant. I made an online order for a wedding ring, it was delayed slightly due to a supply issue but you replied to my email almost immediately and we were advised when it would be posted.
We then required a smaller size for comparison and you happily waited until both had been tried on, offering a refund or exchange... and having only sent the alternative size back to you yesterday you have already refunded it to my account!
Spot on. Will definitely order from you again.
