As a business we have used this company for a number of years for access into our facilities for members.
We have had an issue with the software not talking with DD collections company, and just letting non paying ex members into our facility. Contact LP raised a ticket, raised a complaint no support what so ever.
Its amazing that there is no tech support to fix issues.
No customer service.
No communication.
No assistance to any enquiries minor or major.
Unless you want to upgrade of course then you get inundated. My advice is to find a software company that at least has a way of getting assistance when you need it.
