Don‘t trust them what the Write on…

Don‘t trust them what the Write on their Homepage! Deliverytime 1-3 days is in reality 14 days if you are lucky. Stainless steel devices are completly rusty after only one usage. Customerservice is not existent or just completly usless and making fun of you.

We apologize for the significant delay in delivery. This was due to an increased volume of orders before Christmas. A notice to this effect was posted in our online shop.

The tinplate lids should only be cleaned by hand and dried thoroughly immediately to prevent rusting. Please feel free to contact our customer service team to find a solution.

Good products, great customer service

Products I bought were good and in line with expectations. When it comes to customer service, they really went the extra mile, solving a delivery issue which many other companies would charge extra for or simply ignore.
The company saved me from a conversation with my spouse in which I had little to no chance to come out looking good and responsible. And that I will never forget..
