It is not that perfect since the refund process did not start immediately after the cancellation process. But Kai did well as a customer assistant in assisting me in the process

I feel totally connected - they are based in Cyprus, BE AWARE ! They have promised a 50% refund, which i haven't received, i was totally conned into this subscription ! DO NOT FALL FOR THIS CON - not a professional company
