I’m really impressed by the customer…

I’m really impressed by the customer service and specially escalation team. Somehow i mistakenly placed order but then i asked for refund.
Their team coordinated with me in a very professional way and got me refunded all my amount.

Customer Care Response

There was a misunderstanding with respect to an order and the Customer Service personnel responded quickly to resolve the matter in a most amicable way. I truly appreciated their attention to Customer Care!

It is not that perfect since the refund process did not start immediately after the cancellation process. But Kai did well as a customer assistant in assisting me in the process

I was conned in to subscribing.

I was conned in to subscribing to this "Hair" company !! I was replying to an add on FB to buy a Camping table for £19.99 - before i knew it, id subscribed to this company !! I feel totally connected - they are based in Cyprus, BE AWARE ! They have promised a 50% refund, which i haven't received, i was totally conned into this subscription ! DO NOT FALL FOR THIS CON - not a professional company
