IT'S A SCAM, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND SHOP FROM A DIFFERENT STORE!! DON'T GET SCAMMED!!
I bought a coat as a gift. Skeptical of the store, I gave it a chance-- what a disappointment. During the checkout process, there was a note stating there were shipment delays. After not receiving an update, I emailed their customer service team asking for an update- NO RESPONSE.
A couple of weeks after that, the coat appeared.
The gift recipient tried on the coat, marked as XL (their usual size), and found it was SIGNIFICANTLY too small. I wear a small and tried on the coat with a sweater on, only to find it fit me perfectly. Their website didn't indicate a size chart, which is a common practice among other online stores.
I reached out to their customer service team, asking how to start the exchange process for a large size. The customer service team actually responded to this email (that's a nice change!) but refused to accommodate the request and they refused to issue a refund. The coat is marked as XL, but it fits someone that wears a Small. As a consumer, we trust store websites to list correct sizing, or at the very list, indicate if the product runs large or small.
They have yet to respond to my last email.
