Was super excited to buy from them but they only take wire transfers as payment method, seems fishy to me.

At this day and age this is very strange and gives zero protection to customer.

Thanks for your answer but I spent over an hour at the website searching for products, and when I reached the check out and I could only find a bank account with wire transfer info to an account in Korea. I than looked over the website in more details. There was a link to another site where I could use my card but the products and layout were different. This is a legitimate experience and a genuine concern and people deserve to know about it in case they haven’t given it a thought.

I’m very disappointing! I ordered my purchase over a week ago, I only got two email about shipping info. They let me know my order and tracking info from Fedex! When I checked my tracking info purchase was still in China and requires signature! I confused, usually after I order something shipping was so fast, I was receiveing at least in two days! I tried to reach customer service, I had only chance to send email! I sent more than 3 email they never responded!

You have to love everything Glamderma. Great products, fast shipping, great value for your money. The best thing though is free shipping over $300??? What? That is fantastic and how I get my supplies of my products up! Try it out you will love it.
