Very happy with the product and speedu delivery. However the misleading claim of 'Free Express Delivery (1-2 days)' with no qualification on the product page is unacceptable when in fact I had to pay £3.95 or order additional products to bring the value to over £30. I emailed to point this out and was fobbed off that if I'd looked for the shipping terms (which were hidden on a small link at the bottom) this would have been clear. The company refused to accept the feedback that this is misleading to the customer, and their response to my feedback here (which is meant to help them improve their customer engagement) underlines this.
The website state: 'Free Express Delivery (1-2 days)' on the page for this item. This is untrue unless additional products are purchased. The £30 threshold is not mentioned on the page, although if you click the Delivery link at the foot of the page it is mentioned clearly there.

This is the second mirror I’ve ordered from here, both were packaged brilliantly & the mirrors are perfect & we’re good value compared to other companies.

Love it. It’s the 3rd mirror I am buying, they are amazing quality.

Delivered was really quick and it was really easy to assemble. My daughter loves it!

It was too big and I sent it back via Evri but it has not been delivered so I have not received my money back. It was for my daughter for her birthday and so very disappointing as she now has nothing.

Love my new mirror my only tiny grumble is the stand could be a little nicer quality - maybe gold or silver the stand doesn’t seem to match the quality of the mirror itself! Nevertheless doesn’t detract this is a lovely mirror and when dressed with some perfume bottles and accessories the base blends away!
Fab delivery too!

I bought a mirror for my daughter's birthday. The company messaged with a link to check delivery. But nothing after that, no email or text to say "We'll deliver on this day, between X and Y, please make sure you're at home" like most delivery companies do these days. 5 days later when I checked there have been 2 silent delivery attempts. I didn't know, I was working from the office. Absolutely awful delivery experience, lack of communication and when contacted the suggestion was that I should check the delivery link every day and perhaps even work from home every day?!?
On top of that, when the mirror was delivered, the base was cracked. They advised me they are not re-stocking that model - so now I'm back to square one having to look for a mirror.
I will avoid this company going forward for sure.

Delivery very late and no notification that it would be. Had to email myself to chase and book in a new date with courier directly. Still waiting for my goods

Perfect! Arrived quickly and just as described.

Really great service from order to delivery and was quite surprised from some negative reviews as the mirror is very well made and no damage as packaging was amazing so I certainly was relieved that it was money well spent.

Well packed and easy to assemble. Excellent idea to have electrical socket on the side of the mirror.

Still no mirror and still no update on it!!!

Amazing mirror, quick delivery!

Bought two mirrors from this company called them by phone when they arrived as one of them had a flimsy dimmer switch on it they assured me it would be fine as that’s how they are made I thought nothing of it so we kept it as my daughter loved it, unlucky for us just out of warrantee the dimmer snaps off and the main switch falls inside the mirror and cannot be reached I contacted the company they asked me to send pics of outside and inside the mirror of the cheap components model number thirty six screws on the back to access this poorly made mirror only to find the reason for the switch snapping off was it is only held on with a blob of silicone I asked could they send me a new dimmer switch and I would change it myself after a lot of emails back and forth a very rude lady in customer service told me we cannot get you the part so sorry we don’t do that model anymore so basically I now own a £180 mirror that does not light up not fit for purpose. Be careful buying from this company guys they are very poorly made once you look inside could be a fire hazard and the company are not interested in faulty items would not use them again👎

Wow. Just wow!! I don't normally write reviews but this company absolutely deserves a 5 star review!! I received the item the day after I ordered!! And the marilyn mirror is just absolutely stunning!! I'm so happy with it, I've been dreaming of having one for years now but I've been waiting for a mirror which is good in price and quality and I definitely got both with this one!! Thank you so much!

Excellent service all-round- quick delivery, arrived extremely well-packaged to protect the light bulbs and the mirror.
The mirror works well and looks fantastic with my dressing room. Would highly recommend!

My mirror was delivered but when I opened the box it was in pieces. I contacted the customer services and a new mirror was delivered the very next day!
